The ideal candidate for us is some one that is passionate about storyboarding for films, who enjoys working with the director to achieve a cinematic view of the film on storyboard. The qualities we are looking for is: Excellent drawing skills, Ability to think cinematically, Ability to visually interpret other people's ideas, Ability to draw and work quickly when required.
